Rentals

• The St. Croix ArtBarn will provide entry to the facility as well as close the facility upon conclusion of the reservation.
• Tables and Chairs are available for use. The renter will be responsible for the set-up of tables and chairs. 
• The Gallery is available for your decorating needs, including multiple large display boards
• Full access to the grounds for any outdoor activities
• Fully stocked men's and women's restrooms

• Food and beverages are welcome - renters are responsible for making their own food arrangements 
•  The use of flammable materials is prohibited in the ArtBarn and on the ArtBarn grounds. Self-contained gas barbecues may be used at least 50 feet away from the structure. The existing firepit may be used for roasting hotdogs/s'mores

• Renter agrees to hold The St. Croix ArtBarn harmless should any liabilities, claims, or causes of action that may take place as a result of the renter’s use of the Facility.
• The St. Croix ArtBarn shall not be held liable for any damages, loss or injuries to personnel or guests during the event.

*Please note that the ArtBarn does not have centralized air or heat. As such, rentals are typically limited to May-October.
